Dear all,
In accordance with Regulations on Programme Changes for Postgraduates in SWJTU and Programme Changes and Transfers in SWJTU-Leeds Joint School (hereinafter referred to as the Joint School), Cohort 2017 students from the Joint School and other engineering and science schools in SWJTU can now apply to change programme for academic year 2018-2019. Detailed information is provided below.
1. Overall arrangements
(1) Application: 11th June to 27th June
(2) Review: 2nd July to 27th August
(3) Results publication: 27th August to 3rd September
2. Programmes and places available
(1) Four programmes available: Civil Engineering with Transport, Mechanical Engineering, Electronic and Electrical Engineering and Computer Science.
(2) Please find attached Programme Changes and Transfers policy for details.
3. Application materials
(1) Application form (please find attached file II or attached file III);
(2) Year 1 transcripts (for students from engineering and science schools in SWJTU);
(3) CET4, CET6, IETLS or TOEFL transcripts (for students from engineering and science schools in SWJTU).
4. Material submission
Those who wish to change programme please submit your application materials to Student Support Reception Counter of the Joint School (Room X9417A, Xipu Campus) by 27th June 2018.
5. Examination and assessment
The Joint School will examine all applicants’ qualifications and release the results in accordance with Programme Changes and Transfers policy.
Please note that there will be an interview for those who wish to transfer to Computer Science in week 18.
